Elite Duct Testing & Energy Consulting is owned and operated by Dennis Meredith. Dennis began his career in residential home inspection in 2004 and added HERS rating and duct-testing services in 2005.
After more than 15 years and hundreds of inspections, Dennis chose to focus exclusively on energy-code compliance and field verification. Elite Duct Testing now provides independent third-party Title 24 Energy Code Compliance (ECC) field verification for HVAC contractors, builders, homeowners, and developers.
We support residential and multifamily projects throughout Northern California, including the Bay Area, Greater Sacramento, and Modesto regions. Our services include duct leakage testing and required Title 24 verification for HVAC installations, ADUs, additions, new construction, and multifamily projects.
