Elite Duct Testing and Energy Consulting is owned and operated by Dennis Meredith. Dennis started Independent Home Inspection Services in 2004 and added HERS Rater (duct testing) to his services in November 2005. After 15 years and hundreds of inspections, Dennis decided to focus on the HERS rating and energy field, closing the doors on the home inspection bussiness at the end of 2019.
